Rates, Terms, and Payment

Administrative, graphic design and other office tasks are billed as indicated below.

Hourly Rate
Ideal for One-time or Periodic Projects and Tasks

• $45.00 per hour

• 1.5 hour minimum; excess time billed in
  15-minute increments.

• All time is itemized on your invoice.

• Additional time/expense is pre-approved by client.

Project Rate
Ideal for routine projects or tasks.

• Rate is based upon project scope.

• Rate will changed if scope of project is revised.

Retainer Packages
Ideal for those who prefer to reserve a set number of hours per month.

• $350.00 - 10 hours per month ($35/hr)

• $620.00 - 20 hours per month ($31/hr)

• $810.00 - 30 hours per month ($27/hr)

• Unused hours are non-refundable. Additional hours are billed at a reduced hourly rate.

• Contract term required 3 months required.

• 50% deposit due at signing. Remaining balance due end of month.

Additional Fees
Additional fees (e.g., postage, courier service, etc.) may be applicable and will be added to monthly invoice.

Payment

• Payment due upon receipt of invoice unless other terms are negotiated.

• Major credit cards are accepted through PayPal.
